No Google Day – 1 st. of September
”Back in the old days, yes, back in the nineties, we had Webcrawler, Lycos, and Altavista. These engines were slow, boring and not very good at finding things. Then Google appeared out of nowhere, and changed Internet history forever.
The No-Google-Day is not a protest against Google. We like Google and use it every day!
Rather, the 1st of September is a celebration of internets for the abundance of information and potential of communication it brings to the world …”
